Mücver is already one of the most loved ones in our house, but we don't give the fries to our little children. Frankly, I can't get the performance I want in the oven. Our daughter doesn't like to eat it either. This recipe is oil-free, delicious, and tender. You can give it to the little ones, throw it in your bag in a bag and go out.

Ingredients for Mücver Muffin Recipe
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 3 cups grated zucchini
- 1 small carrot
- 1 cloves of garlic
- half of 1 small onion
- 1 pinch of finely chopped dill
- 2 stalks of scallion
- 1 piece of grated cheese
- 1,5 water glass flour
- 1 package baking powder
- Salt
- Black pepper
- dried mint
Fabrication:
- Take the zucchini grated in a mixing bowl.
- Grate the onion and carrot with the fine side of the grater and put them in a mixing bowl.
- Add the egg, crushed garlic, cheese and dill.
- Add the spices, flour and baking powder. Mix with the help of a spoon.
- Grease and flour the muffin tray.
- Divide the cake batter you prepared into the muffin cups.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Serve the baked muffins when they come to room temperature.
