Cake Mosaic Cake

The energy of some photos makes my day better. The photo of the mosaic cake made of cake is definitely one of them. Sometimes when you look at it, you can feel the taste in your mouth, and that's exactly what it is :) Moreover, if this recipe allows you to both evaluate the leftover cakes and keep something ready for treats in the freezer, what else :)
You can add almonds, raisins or dried fruits, if desired. It's completely up to you, the material and your taste.

Materials:
- 1 cup cream (milk cream)
- 1 cup finely chopped chocolate
- 1 cup of crushed hazelnuts
- 1 cup of crushed pistachio nuts
- 3 tablespoons of nutmeg
- 5 cups crumbled cocoa cake
- 1 package of petibor biscuits
For decoration:
- red berries
- candies and white chocolate upon request
How to Make Mosaic Cake Recipe from Cake?
- Heat the cream (I microwave for 1 minute is enough), add the chocolate and mix.
- Take the cake crumbs into a deep bowl, add the cream mixed with chocolate on top.
- Add the hazelnuts, peanuts, coconuts and the biscuits you crushed with your hands and mix.
- It is okay when the ingredients are completely mixed and come together like dough.
- Lay cling film on the cake tin. Take the biscuit dough you prepared into the mold and press it.
- Carefully stretch and cover the top of the biscuit dough so that it does not get air.
- Take the cake, which you have cooled for at least 1-2 hours in the deep freezer, on a serving plate and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
- If desired, melt the white chocolate, drizzle over the cake.
- Garnish with the fruits of your choice and serve by slicing.
