Milk Semolina Cake

The weather is hot and cold, today we met with our friends after a long time, taking advantage of the beauty of the weather. Obviously it went very well. After the pandemic, which came one after another and wore us down day by day, we took a breather.
This semolina dessert is a very, very old recipe, I looked at its kitchen secrets and published it 12 years ago ☺️ Then there are these vetch biscuits, I used them. Now I had a cat tongue, it suited me better. It was a dessert with the taste of cake you know.
As you know, two individually packaged biscuits come out of 1 pack of biscuits with cat tongue. In my recipe, 1 of them was enough and it gave enough of its flavor. You can use both packages if you want, but one by one is better than me to say ☺️💕
Ingredients for Milk Semolina Pie Recipe
- 1 liter milk
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 glass of semolina
- 1 packet of vanillin with sugar
- 1 spoonful butter
- 1 pack of catnip biscuits
- Pomegranate seeds, ground peanuts, crumbs of leftover biscuits
Fabrication:
1. Add milk, sugar and semolina to the pot and turn on the stove.
2. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until it reaches the consistency of custard.
3. Just before you take your boiling dessert (it will produce small bubbles) from the stove, add the vanilla and butter and mix quickly.
4. Arrange the catnip biscuits on the square dew.
5. Pour semolina dessert with milk on top, put it in the refrigerator when it gets a little warmer and let it rest for an hour.
6. Serve the dessert you decorated by slicing.
