Milk Kadayif Dessert
Kadayif dessert is one of my favorite desserts. actually in kadayıfı used yufka kadayif wrap, stuffed kadaif, pudding kadaif dessertI also like.
Kadayif is one of the most practical desserts that can be made during Ramadan. Ready-made kadayif is sold everywhere, some of which are 200 gr. Some of them are 500 gr.
200 gr. I use 3 cups of milk for it. The reason for this is that I don't like kadayıf too soft and rich in syrup. For me, delicious kadaif is a sweet that should be slightly crispy and fresh.

Ingredients for Milk Kadayif Dessert Recipe
- 200 g baked kadayif (you can use it ready-made or you can bake it yourself)
- 1 scoop of ice cream per slice
For the syrup:
- 2,5 cup powdered sugar
- 3 water glass milk
- 1 spoonful butter
Fabrication:
Making Milk Sherbet:
- Put sugar and milk in a saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
- Boil for another 15 minutes on low heat and remove from the stove.
- Add 1 tablespoon of butter without removing the syrup from the heat and set aside the syrup to cool (I usually use the syrup after 10 minutes).
Making the Dessert:
- Pour the syrup that you expect to warm up on the fried kadayif.
- Take the kadayif syrup and let it rest for half an hour after it cools down.
- Slice the kadayif just before serving. Take 1 scoop of ice cream from the refrigerator and serve on the sliced kadayif.
Do you mind if it stays outside for a day because it has milk in it?

thx for sharing I usually make sherbet with water, but I haven't made it for a long time because it's dough. When it is made with milk, does it become dough again :( that is, it is like we are eating dough, not wire kadayif. If anyone has the knowledge, I would love it..
Kadayif becomes extremely sweet when you make it as in the recipe. It would be good to use less sugar. Take this into consideration, don't regret it.
