Milky Kiwi Liqueur

Last week, I mentioned that we make all kinds of liqueurs, and I even shared the recipe for orange liqueur with you.

Since the orange liqueur has 15-20 days more, I haven't been able to take new photos yet, but since the Milk Kiwi Liqueur is ready to serve, I quickly photographed and prepared the recipe to share with you right after I tasted it.

homemade liqueur

It is truly an incredible flavor, the only downside is that it ripens early and is consumed quickly because it contains milk. In fact, we do not have a problem with its early ripening, but keeping it in the refrigerator and consuming it within 1 week poses a problem, albeit a little. Still, I think it will be worth it for this great taste :)

In other words, when the liquor has matured, you can invite a large group of friends and have a pleasant evening.

Ingredients for Milky Kiwi Liqueur Recipe

  • One 5 liter jar
  • 3 kg of hard kiwi
  • 1 liter milk
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar or 1 stick of vanilla
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 1 liter of water
  • 500 ml. Ethyl – pure alcohol
  • 500 gr granulated sugar
  • 2 stick of cinnamon
  • 3-5 cloves

Fabrication:

  1. Peel the kiwis, wash them and cut them lengthwise into 4 parts.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a 5 liter glass jar, close it tightly and place it in the refrigerator.
  3. Shake the jar well 2 times a day without opening the lid.
  4. After 1 week, your liquor is ready to drink.

Hello, I also made it by mixing many fruits – although its color was blurry, it was wonderfully delicious – the drinker loved it. I did not add water and put 250 g of sugar

I tried your recipe today, it's been a week, but do we consume the water, do we just make it liquid and add it, I'm worried about this. I'm worried if you can help me.

    Hello there
For those who can't find ethyl alcohol. Vodka can also be used to make liqueurs. I'd say it's even better than ethyl alcohol. It just gets a little more expensive.. :)

    Hello,
The milky liquor has to be consumed quickly, as you have stated. I wonder if we make the above recipe with one third of the scale, will it work? I will wait for your reply/thanks…

Hello, Ms. Nilay, I like your recipe very much, but the ethyl alcohol part is a bit troublesome for me. Is it possible to make this recipe with cognac?

Hello, those who are looking for ethyl alcohol, please do not use expensive and bitter ethyl alcohol in pharmacies, it has a very risky and bitter taste (it is fixed with experience).

Bless your hands. I like liqueur very much, maybe it's because it's light. I also made sour cherry and orange liqueur. Now I'm going to try making mint liqueur. Love…
