Ingredients for Mexican Bean Salad with Yogurt Recipe
- 1 small canned Mexican beans
- 1 boiled corn
- 1 carrot
- quarter of parsley
- 3 stalks of scallion
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 3-4 heaping tablespoons of strained yoghurt
- Salt
Fabrication:
- Drain the beans and rinse them in water. Remove the corn kernels with the help of a knife.
- Grate the carrot and chop the onion finely.
- Put all the ingredients you prepared into the mixing bowl.
- Add 1 clove of garlic, yoghurt and salt, mix and serve.
