Ingredients for Leek Meatballs Recipe

  • 400 gr Specialized Butcher's Meat
  • 1 pieces of eggs
  • 3 stalk of leek
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 1 large clove of garlic
  • salt, pepper, cumin
  • 1 pinch of parsley
  • Oil for frying

Fabrication:

  1. Finely chop the leeks. Peel and grate the carrots and fry them on low heat. When the leeks are soft, take them off the heat and let them cool.
  2. Put the minced meat, eggs, salt, pepper, cumin, crushed garlic into the mixing bowl. 
  3. Add breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, roasted carrots and leeks and knead.
  4. Heat the oil in the pan. Fry the meatballs front to back.
  5. Serve hot or warm.
