Lebeniye Soup

Lebeniye soup A type of soup with yogurt and very satisfying. Actually, I don't have many slices to call it soup because there is nothing in it. Meatballs, egg seasoning, chickpeas and rice, it is a full meal. Although the content and stages may seem a bit crowded, don't be intimidated by this. It's much, much easier to prepare if you have some meatballs in the freezer.

Ingredients for Lebeniye Soup Recipe
- 6 water glass of water
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 3 tablespoons of broken rice
For the meatballs:
- Minced grams of 250
- 1 small onion
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1 tea spoon black pepper
- 2-3 tablespoons of butter for frying the meatballs
For dressing:
- 2 tablespoons of strained yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 pieces of eggs
For service:
- 2 teaspoon of dried mint
- 1 tablespoons butter or margarine
Fabrication:
- Take the minced meat in a bowl, add the grated onion, salt and pepper and knead.
- Break off small pieces of the minced meat that you kneaded and roll them in your hand.
- Take oil in the pan and heat it. Fry the prepared meatballs in hot oil and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, add the water, chickpeas and rice. Boil on medium heat.
- For the dressing mix; Mix eggs, strained yogurt, flour and salt in a small bowl.
- Take a small amount of boiling water, open the consistency and transfer it to the soup pot after it warms up.
- Continue cooking over medium heat after adding the fried meatballs.
- Take 1 tablespoon of oil in a sauce pan, heat it and add the mint and fry it. Serve by drizzling over the soup.
