Kapuska Meal
Hello Dear Friends,
When I think of winter, I think of cabbage dishes as well as cauliflower. What a fruitful vegetable when you say olive oil, ground meat, wrap, salad, pickles :)
If Kapuska is spicy, I think it becomes a legend. It is possible to prepare both a satisfying and nutritious meal with the bulgur pilaf that you will prepare with it.
I usually buy cabbage for wraps. Since the cabbages for wrapping are large, I cook kapuska with leftovers, or I quickly dry a sauerkraut. If you are going to buy cabbage just to make kapuska, pluck the top leaves and throw them away. Wash and drain the Kapuska, then chop it.
I will share a delicious pickle recipe that I made with apple cider vinegar and coriander as soon as possible.
Love…
