Hummus with Dried Tomatoes
Hello Dear Friends,
Basic from the hummus recipe to your bacon, from pumpkin hummus, to cauliflower hummus, beetroot hummus I mean 6 different my hummus recipe I have it on my blog. I love them all but hummus with sun-dried tomatoes taste was different.
I adjust the amount of water according to the consistency I want. I couldn't use the boiling water because I took it out of the freezer, but if you boil it fresh and make hummus, you can increase its flavor by adding your own boiling water instead of water. Remember, if your tomatoes are very salty, do not add salt at all or add it in a controlled manner.
