I've been wanting to try this recipe for a long time. I shaped it according to my taste and I couldn't believe its taste. I honestly didn't expect it to be this delicious. If you use milk corn while trying this recipe, there is no need to boil it. If the corns are cardamom, then pre-boil for a while, strain and then follow the same procedure.

Rib Corn Recipe, How to Make? Ingredients for the Recipe (with Video)

  • 2 milk corn
  • 1 spoonful butter
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Ground red pepper
  • Turmeric
  • 1 large cloves of garlic
  • Salt

For service:

  • Sour cream (strained yogurt + cream mix)
  • Fresh onion
  • Dill

Fabrication:

  1. Cut the corn lengthwise into 4 pieces and place them on the baking tray. Mix the butter, olive oil, garlic and spices and rub it on the corns.
  2. Bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-17 minutes.
  3. While the corn is cooking, mix the yogurt and cream for the sauce. Flavor it with finely chopped greens and optional spices.
  4. When the corn comes out of the oven reaches its first temperature, serve with the sauce.
