How to Make Focaccia, the Famous Italian Bread? Ingredients for the Recipe
For the dough:
- 3,5 water glass flour
- 1,5 cups of water (warm)
- 1 pack of instant yeast
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
For the above:
- Green olive
- Black olive
- Feta Cheese (small diced)
- Red onion
- Cherry tomato
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- up to 1 cup of olive oil

Fabrication:
- For the bread dough, put 3 cups of flour, warm water, yeast, olive oil, salt and sugar into the bowl of the food processor. Run in intervals as short as 30 seconds. Depending on the softness of the dough, add half a glass of flour 1-2 times.
- Knead by running the machine at shorter intervals for 1-2 minutes until the dough is like bread dough.
- Take the focaccia dough you prepared on the floured counter, knead for 1 more minute in your hand and leave it to ferment for 30 minutes in a bowl.
- Put the fermented dough on a greased baking tray and pour olive oil on it. Make a heart shape by spreading it with your hand.
- Make light pits by pressing on the dough with your fingers.
- Sprinkle the ingredients you cut into the sizes you want on it.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 18 - 20 minutes and serve hot or warm with lots of rocket.
