Homemade Baby Biscuits Recipe
Hello Dear Friends,
My lady Nehir is 7,5 months old and now we are trying to feed her 3 meals a day except breast milk. This month, I started breakfast with a mixture of boiled egg yolk, homemade curd and baby biscuits. Sometimes I mix them separately and sometimes together.
The consistency and crunchyness of the biscuit is wonderful. If you follow the measurements, you can see how it recovers and takes shape in 2 minutes.
I should also mention that it is a nice teether :) It makes 15 biscuits with a weight of 15 gr.

Ingredients for Homemade Baby Biscuits Recipe
- 1 cup of whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of rice flour
- 1 teaspoon of semolina
- 2 tablespoons of homemade yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of butter at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon of molasses (you can omit it if you want)
Fabrication:
- Take whole wheat flour, semolina and rice flour in a mixing bowl.
- Add yogurt, butter and molasses and knead until it comes together.
- Take 15 equal pieces from the dough that has come together and roll them with your hands and place them on the baking tray on which you have greased paper at 5-6 cm intervals.
- Shape baby biscuits by pressing with a fork or with a mold like me.
- Bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for 15 minutes.
- When the baby biscuits are completely cold, take them out of the tray and store them in a lidded container.
