Homemade Baklava
Dear Esra Hn. He sent us the recipe for the homemade baklava his mother made. How crunchy it looks. I am sure you will like it very much. Enjoy your meal.

Ingredients for Home Baklava Recipe
- 3 eggs
- 1 water glass milk
- 1 water glass measure of oil
- 1 pc baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- half a teaspoon of salt
- cracked walnuts or hazelnuts
- 200 g margarine or butter, melted (heated)
- starch; Fame
for sherbet
- 4 glass of sugar
- 5 glass of water
- a few drops of lemon juice
Preparation of
Pour the egg, milk, oil, vinegar, baking powder and salt into the kneading bowl and add flour as much as possible and knead until you get an average soft dough. Divide the dough into 30 equal parts. Open these pieces one by one in the size of a plate, sprinkle starch between them and put them on top of each other, 10 in a row. Cut it as you wish and pour the melted hot oil on it, making sure that it is evenly all over it. You can now put it in the oven.
Making the sherbet
Put 4 glasses of sugar and 5 glasses of water in the pot and boil for 5 minutes. Add a few drops of lemon into the syrup and boil for another 1-2 minutes.
Pour the hot syrup over the cold baklava.
hello, my age is 25, I bought and made ready-made baklava dough many times. that my baklavas are very famous :) but for the first time I made the stuffing with hazelnuts and plenty of butter in my wife's gas. I cooked it now, but it's still delicious, but the most important part of the job is boiling it.
I opened baklava myself for the first time and tried this recipe and it was great. I can say that my wife ate half of the tray :) Thank you to my friend who shared such a nice recipe with us.
hello 3 eggs is not a lot
I think the picture is a quote, so it doesn't belong to the sender of the recipe, there is the same picture in the home baklava
We will check immediately and remove the photo if necessary. Thank you, Ms.
Baklava or sherbet should be warm, someone should be hot, it's great, try it, the important thing is that the dessert draws the syrup.
I have made baklava many times in different recipes, but I hope it will be with this recipe.
I like a lot. But I don't think I dare to open the baklava. Yours looks very nice. Health to your hands…
