Ingredients for Hazelnut Cookie Recipe
- 250 g butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tablespoon of instant coffee or powdered hot chocolate
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 package baking powder
- enough flour
- 1 cup crushed hazelnuts
Fabrication:
- Mix milk and instant coffee.
- Separate the yolks and whites of the eggs. Mix the yolks with the sugar, oil and baking powder.
- Add flour and knead until it is soft to the earlobe.
- Peel off walnut-sized pieces and form a ball.
- Then, dip the cookies you have shaped into balls in egg whites and hazelnuts, and arrange them on a tray lined with greaseproof paper.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown.
