Hazelnut Butter Cookies

The first recipe of this week came out on Sunday when I was trying to prepare a simple and few ingredients recipe with the people at home. It's a delicious cookie that can accompany your coffee in the afternoon :) It seems like it's cracked when you look at it.
The hazelnut paste I use is in the consistency of a smooth cream as you can see in the photo. If you use a different hazelnut paste, the flour size and consistency will change. Therefore, it would be better to add the flour in a controlled manner.
When you take the cookie out of the oven, it becomes soft. Therefore, do not remove it from the baking tray before it has completely cooled down and hardened.

Ingredients for the Hazelnut Butter Cookie Recipe
- 100 g hazelnut paste (4 tablespoons)
- 55 g butter at room temperature (3 tablespoons)
- 75 g granulated sugar (1 tea glasses)
- 1 medium egg
- 2 cups of flour (226 g)
- 10 g baking powder (1 pack)
Fabrication:
- Mix nut butter, butter, granulated sugar and egg in a bowl until creamy.
- Add 2 cups of flour and baking powder and knead until it comes together.
- Take walnut-sized pieces from the gathered dough and arrange them 2-3 cm apart on the baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 14-15 minutes.
- Let the cookies cool to room temperature and serve.
