Ingredients for Haydari Baked Carrot Recipe
- 1,5 glass of strained yogurt
- 50 g fat white cheese
- 1 cloves of garlic (crushed)
- A pinch of dill (finely chopped)
For the oven-baked carrots:
- 3-4 carrots
- Salt
- Cumin
- Olive oil
For service:
- sesame and dill
Fabrication:
- Crush the white cheese, garlic and finely chopped dill and mix. Add the yogurt and continue mixing.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the serving plate.
- Slice the carrots into long strips.
- Mix with spices and olive oil and place on a baking tray.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees until the carrots are soft and lightly browned.
- Arrange the carrots that come out of the oven on the haydari base.
- Serve sprinkled with dill and sesame seeds.
