Hasanpasa Meatballs
I love all kinds of meatballs, especially if they have french fries or mashed potatoes, I don't look for anything else on the table. Hasanpaşa Meatballs One of the reasons I love it is that they combine this wonderful duo and serve it as a single dish.
I don't like to eat too much water, even meatballs made in the oven. Since I used tomato slices in the recipe, I didn't add tomato paste water, instead, I added oil while baking. But if you like it, you can add some thyme to the tomato paste water and add it to the tray before baking. While applying this delicious recipe, make sure to make rice with it.

I have a drum oven, will it work in the drum oven?
As always, I made it for my guests who came to iftar with my endless trust in your recipes and measurements. The result is of course great. thanks.
Hello Ms. Nilay;
Even though I tried to make it according to your recipe, as a novice cook, I couldn't make it like you did :) It tasted very good, but my meatballs fell apart and they didn't look like one piece. What could be the reason?
It may be the only reason, not kneading enough and resting. Love :)
You said add some oil. Is it in the baking dish or on the meatballs?
I am 11 years old, the food is very good, I will make it for my mother :)
I will cook this dish today, I hope :) will we put it back in the oven after we put the puree?
Recipes look good
I just discovered your site, and I like it very much, from now on I'm your follower
I hope I will have my mother-in-laws for iftar on Friday.
My menu: Hasanpaşa Meatballs, Rice Piav with Vegetables, Sakshuka, Beans with Olive Oil, Hummus, Seasonal Salad, Halley Pie, Homemade Lemonade
Well, my lady is not at home, she is in the country for 1 month. I am tired of ready-made food, I tried the food here. Well, what gems do I have, thank you.
:) It's nice for men to cook, I eat what my husband does, even if it's bad, with a different taste.
Last night, I invited my first guests of 11, including my mother-in-laws, to the fast-breaking dinner. Hasanpaşa meatballs were also on the menu. Of course, I dared to trust your recipe and made it for the first time. It was very nice. Stuffed leaves, cobbled liver, and red lentil soup are among the other menus of your site. It was all very nice. I got a different kind of courage and self-confidence :) Thank you so much, my kitchen secret :)
I'm happy :)
good luck to the one who made it, i will do it too
I cooked the food, we are at the table now.. you know, it didn't taste bad, but I guess it wasn't cooked well because there was tomato on the bottom. Now we are waiting for the tomatoes to boil again….
I liked it, friends also liked it, I was nervous when I first made it, but now I know that it is my favorite dish, we love it so much I can make it for my guests without thinking :D
Hello, I did this yesterday, but I guess I didn't enjoy it very much because of the ground beef. How should we choose mince? lamb, beef etc.?
hello, this is a meatball that I love to eat but have never made. I decided to make it today. I had a question. If I remember correctly, tomato paste was also added. Am I wrong?
I got my CV :) I ignored reading your comment instead of reading the recipe. Tsklerr on your side :)
Hello, Ms. Nilay.. You have prepared a comprehensive site for us working ladies. First of all, thank you for your efforts.. Do you mind if I knead this meatball, which I added to my menu for my guests tomorrow, and keep it in the fridge? Thanks in advance..
Thank you Ms. Esra :) It's okay, but make sure to cover the rim of your container with cling wrap, if you don't, your meatballs will dry out.
I really like your recipes. I wish you all the success. Thank you very much. I want to prepare a very nice table for the Eid day.
It was very delicious, it is among the dishes I will make frequently now.
Awesome.. I included this recipe in the dish I'm going to prepare for my friends soon :)
I made your recipe, Nilay, and it was very good... I only put eggs while I was making the meatballs, I was wondering why you didn't put eggs, to be honest...
Bless your hands, thank you.
Hello Elçin, I usually do not put eggs in meatballs because I think it spoils the taste. When you knead the minced meat well and let it rest, there is no need to add an egg, as the meatballs do not fall apart… Thank you, love…
I also make this recipe very often, I just put the cheddar cheese on the puree.
I have a guest in the evening. Meatballs would be on my menu, but it wouldn't look that good. I'll try it right away. Thank you very much.
Thank you ladies :) Hmm, especially meatballs and french fries :))
I also love the meatball&potato duo. Well done my dear.
Well done Nilaycim, it's a wonderful image.
love…
Super, I love these recipes of yours, don't you have these sweet pictures, it's killing me.. :(
Thanks Mehmet,
