Güllaç with Fresh Fruit Ice Cream
I became a fan of this Güllaç that I secretly tasted at the Mövenpick event :) Of course, they left it a little fresher than it should be for the photo shoot, but I promised myself that I would make this dessert for the first iftar table where I will host my family :)
Mövenpick Raspberry Strawberry Sorbet in the middle of the gullac and the fruit pieces used added an incredible flavor to the dessert. It also created an opportunity to evaluate our only leftover fruits. It seems like we will have different gullaç recipes during the month of Ramadan :)

Ingredients for Fresh Fruit Ice Cream Güllaç Recipe
- 1 pack of rosemary leaves
- 10 water glass milk
- 5 cup powdered sugar
- 2 kiwis
- 3 damson plums
- 2 tablespoons of rice nuts
- 2 tablespoons of peanuts
- 1 packaged vanilla
- half a cup of rose water
Fabrication:
- Bring the milk, sugar and vanilla to a boil and warm. Peel the fruit and slice into small pieces.
- Wet half of the Güllaç leaves with milk and arrange them on a tray.
- Pour half of the berries and kiwis on top. After wetting and laying the remaining leaves, pour the rose water.
- Sprinkle the remaining kiwi and jade on it and leave it in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.
- After it has cooled, slice the gullacı and place it on a serving plate and serve with Mövenpick Raspberry and Strawberry Sorbet.
