Grilled Salmon

Last week, I was at ChefSchool, which I call my primary school. This time we were with the instructor chef and my ex-classmate Devran in the grilling class. I shared my knowledge with the students and had the opportunity to take lots of photos.
For a meat lover, the grilling class is in a festive mood at school, because that day you both learn and taste how to cook a variety of meat with various garnishes. The garnishes were prepared, then the grills were made. When it comes to tanning, after a demo, the students prepared plates according to their own creativity and beautiful visuals emerged.
Especially I should have shared the salmon plate with you :) It is a poetic dinner with its simple but delicious marinade. Let's say you came by and while you are making other small preparations for dinner, the salmon is already marinated. Afterwards, delicious plates on the grill and on the table.

Ingredients for Grilled Salmon Recipe
- 2 salmon fillets
For the marinade:
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 6 stalks chives or fresh green onions (green parts)
- 3 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
Fabrication:
- Whisk all the ingredients for the marinade well in a bowl.
- Put the salmon fillets in this mixture and make sure that they are covered with the marinade.
- Marinate for 30 minutes in a container covered with cling film.
- Heat the cast iron skillet or grill thoroughly. (until the smoke comes out)
- Scrape off the excess marinade on the salmon with your hands and place in a hot pan.
- Cook both sides of the fish evenly.
- Serve with salad and mashed potatoes.
