Green Plum Jam
I decided to evaluate the plums, which started to soften slightly at home and turned red, this time in a different way. Since the plums are soft and juicy, they cook quickly.
I used 1 glass of water, the jam was in full consistency, but it did not come to a boil, it took a long time. If your plums are very juicy, you can reduce the amount of water a little.
You can optionally use 1-2 cloves or 1 stick of cinnamon to sweeten your jam.

Ingredients for Green Plum Jam Recipe
750 g peeled plum green
4 cup powdered sugar
1 water glass of water
juice of half a lemon
Fabrication:
1- Take the pruned plums in a medium-sized pot, add sugar and water and put the pot on the stove.
2- Cook on high heat until the sugar dissolves completely, and after the sugar melts, cook it on low heat, stirring, until the plums soften and the jam begins to thicken. (up to 40 minutes)
3- Add the juice of half a lemon to the jam that has started to thicken, and boil it for 10 more minutes. While it is hot, divide it into jars and cool by closing the lid.
4- Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight.
Are the seeds of the plums removed? How did you do it?
I tried it with a cinnamon stick.. it's amazing.. now I'll try it with cloves..
I saw your recipe while I was thinking about how to use softened plums at home. Then I tried it and it was very successful. I even bought plums again and I'm waiting for them to soften in the fridge.
