Greek Meatballs – Meatballs
For a long time, I wanted to taste Greek food, to experience personally whether our dishes are as similar as they say. Kismet was to do this under the umbrella of Kadir Has University.
Last week, Culinary got a question if you would like to assist Dimitrios Triantaphyllou with his school lunch. Of course, I happily answered yes to this question.
We started preparations around 8:30 in the morning. The menu created by Dimitrios included moussaka, meatballs, tzatziki, almond revani, spinach pie in baklava, shrimp with sauce, Greek salad, lamb legs in the oven, and Greek cheeses.
Dimitrios is not a professional, but he is both dexterous and pleasant in the kitchen. Even though we sometimes wonder if we can raise it, we prepared everything on time and perfectly.
When I told him that I wanted to publish one of these delicious recipes, especially meatballs, on my blog, he happily accepted. The meatballs recipe we made was actually his mother's recipe :)
At the end of the day, I realized that Greek cuisine is really similar to our dishes in name and structure. But there are differences in the recipes we prepare, even if not in terms of structure, but in terms of materials used.
Again efharisto poli to Dimitrios for this educational and enjoyable day :)

I'm from the Black Sea. Some villages that mix Greek and Greek. That's why there are similarities in our kitchen. But it's really great.
I will make it at the first opportunity, my son also reads Kadir Has, his Greek friends come to dinner, I will surprise them, I will surprise them, where is the auzo sold, and if you can give me the recipe for the spinach pastry from baklava yufka, I would be very happy.
hello, the site is great, but sometimes I think that what is written is not checked. I felt the need to point this out because I've seen it in a few recipes. For example, 1 glass of milk is said, and below is milk to wet the bread. I think they're both the same, but instead of just deducing these meanings, they should be written clearly. By the way, you are the only site I follow about food. good luck with your work
Hello, sometimes there can be confusion due to the tiredness of the last period. I edited the recipe again, I hope it will be more useful. Thanks and love…
What do we do with 1 glass of milk, do we wet the bread or drink it?
and olive oil
I will do it at the first opportunity :) I wonder if you will give the recipes of other Greek dishes :))
looks great, same culture, same geography, same climate,
All of these, of course, are the same in meals.
