Grape Compote
The weather is so hot that we constantly consume something liquid to regain the fluid we lost. When we say cola soda, we neglect both vitamin-rich and delicious sherbets and compotes. For this reason, I wanted to make compotes from fresh fruits and share them with you.

Ingredients for Grape Compote Recipe
- 2 cups of grapes (1 cup is enough if you are going to use raisins)
- 5 water glass of water
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Optional cinnamon stick or 2 dried cloves
Fabrication:
- Sort the grapes and wash them in 1-2 waters. Put the water, sugar, cinnamon and fruit together in a medium saucepan and stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Cook your compote on medium heat for 15 minutes and remove from the heat. When it comes to room temperature, put it in the refrigerator and serve cold.
