Ingredients for Gaziantep's Indispensable Taste Abugannuş Recipe
- 4 eggplants
- 4 green peppers or 4-5 green peppers
- 2 pieces of tomato
- 1 capsicum peppers
- 1 large onion
- 1 head of garlic
- Lemon juice
- Vinegar
- Pomegranate Syrup
- olive oil
Fabrication:
- Pierce the eggplants, roast the eggplants, tomatoes, peppers, onions and garlic wrapped in foil.
- Put all the cooked ingredients in a pot with a lid and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Peel the skins and finely chop them with a knife, and do the same with the garlic.
- Add vinegar, pomegranate syrup, olive oil, lemon juice and salt and mix.
- Serve warm or cold.
