Ingredients for Spring Onion Meatballs with Curd Recipe
- 15 stalks of scallion
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tablespoon of curd
- 1 water glass flour
- salt
- black pepper
- dry mint
- little cumin upon request
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- oil for frying
Fabrication:
- Peel, wash and chop the spring onions.
- Take all the ingredients along with the spices in the mixing bowl and mix.
- Fry it in hot oil until it becomes like a pomegranate.
- Serve with garlic yoghurt if desired.
