Ingredients for Fresh Dip Recipe with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes and Feta Cheese
- 1 bunch of cherry tomatoes
- 1 cloves of garlic
- Salt
- 1-2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 sprigs of rosemary
For the Cheese Cream:
- 2 small piece of white cheese
- 1 heaping tablespoon of labneh
- 1 bowl of strained yogurt
- 5-6 leaves of basil
Fabrication:
- Place the tomatoes in a small baking dish. Add garlic, salt, olive oil, lemon zest and 1 sprig of rosemary and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 5 minutes.
- While the tomatoes are baking, put the yoghurt, feta cheese and labneh into the blender. Add basil on top and process until it reaches the consistency of cream.
- Add the tomatoes and oil from the oven on top of the cheese mixture on a serving plate and serve.
