Fresh Broad Bean Dish with Olive Oil
I am continuing to cook the fresh broad beans in the freezer, as new broad beans will be available soon.
I decided to cook my recipe that I shared 15 years ago a lot. We prepare it without tomato paste or tomatoes, just with olive oil, onion and flour.
