Ingredients for Fish Burger Recipe
- 1 kilo sea bass fillet
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 1 water glass flour
- 1,5 cup of breadcrumbs
- salt
- hamburger bread
- with the greens you want
For Fish Burger Sauce:
- Mayonnaise
- dill
- 1 cloves of garlic
- Red powdered pepper
Fabrication:
- Chop the greens you will use for garnish and set aside. Mix all the ingredients for the burger sauce and set it aside.
- Cut the fish fillet into 2 pieces horizontally and salt.
- Dip it first in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs and fry.
- Spread the fish burger sauce on the bread, serve with the fried fish as you wish.
