Eggs with Tomato Sauce and Sausage in Bagels

I will go down in history as it is about to finish the menemen dishes it prepared before the winter comes :) It has helped me so much from eggs to bulgur pilaf in the last days of busyness and tiredness that it is unbelievable. It's a life saver, especially since it's bulbous. Whatever comes to your mind, first put the sauce on the stove and then add whatever you want into the hop. Of course, you can also make this recipe with only sausage and cheddar.
I would say use them especially to evaluate stale bagels because they are like cotton.

You can diversify the egg in bagel recipe as much as you want according to the ingredients in your home and your taste. I want to make a spinach and mushroom version soon :)

Ingredients for Simit with Tomato Sauce and Sausage Eggs Recipe
- 1 bagel half
- 1 large egg
- 4-5 slices of sausage
- 1 matchbox cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons of menemenlik or tomato sauce
- Salt, black pepper, red chili flakes
- 1 spoonful butter
Fabrication:
- Chop the sausage and cheddar cheese into small cubes.
- Separate the yolk and white of the egg.
- Put some butter in the pan, melt it and put a piece of the bagel that you cut into two transversely in the pan.
- Put the sausages in the middle of the heated bagel and fry them.
- Add tomato sauce to the sausages and mix with a fork. Add the cheddar cheese you cut into cubes.
- Add the egg white and mix. Add the yolk and cook some more on low heat.
- Season it with salt, pepper, flakes of pepper and optionally finely chopped fresh onion and serve by taking it off the stove.
