Eggplant Salad with Labneh and Tahini:
- 2-3 heaped tablespoons of labneh
- 3 roasted eggplant
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1-2 tablespoons of tahini (according to your taste)
- 4-5 chopped walnuts
- Salt
How to Make Labneh Eggplant Salad with Tahini?
- Peel the roasted eggplants and chop them with a knife.
- Add labnei, garlic, tahini, chopped walnuts and mix.
- Rest in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Serve with olive oil and walnut pieces.
