Eggplant Dessert
I tried the eggplant dessert once at a famous dessert shop in Eminönü and was amazed by its taste. Thank you and love for this wonderful recipe, Ms. Sanem.

Ingredients for Eggplant Dessert Recipe
Half kg. aubergine
100 gr. Walnut
1 tablespoon of cloves
1 kg. granulated sugar
3 water glass of water
Fabrication:
First, prepare the syrup by boiling water and sugar. Leave the syrup to cool. Cut the eggplants into quarters and boil them in plenty of water. When the eggplants swell, drain them and take them out. Cut the cloves and walnuts into the eggplants and stuff them inside. Put the eggplants in the syrup and boil them again. When it softens and absorbs the syrup, let it cool down and serve.
It is not clear whether the eggplants will be peeled, whether they will be quartered horizontally or vertically, where the cloves and walnuts will be filled in the divided eggplants. Also, will the cloves be used dry?*
