Eggplant Casserole

Good luck to your hands, Ms. Dilek. I love eggplant dishes and if there is rice, it is inedible.

Ingredients for Eggplant Casserole Recipe
3 eggplants from the garden
3 potato
1 pieces of onion
2 pieces of tomato
300 grams of flaked meat
tomato paste
salt, pepper
hot water
Making:
Eggplants are kept in salted water after they are peeled and cut into cubes. After the meat is washed, it is placed in a casserole dish with olive oil. It is cooked until the water is released and absorbed. Onions are finely chopped and added to the meat. Tomato paste is added and fried. A glass of hot water is added and the meat is cooked. When the meat is tender, eggplants and diced potatoes are added. Salt and spices are added and cooked. Enjoy your meal :)))
