Dalyan Meatballs
Greetings to everyone on a beautiful Saturday morning :)

- Put the minced meat in the mixing bowl. Wet 1 slice of bread with water, squeeze when soft and add to the ground meat.
- Add grated onion, egg, parsley and spices and knead well.
- Grease the baking tray, spread the prepared meatballs on the tray. Place the boiled carrots that you cut into thin lengths, all the eggs you boiled and peeled, and the peas you have boiled, on the length of the ground meat you spread. Roll the meat and brush 1 beaten egg on it.
- Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for 30 minutes.
- Cook the necessary ingredients for the tomato paste sauce in the pan by mixing it. Feed the meatballs by pouring the sauce you prepared on the meatballs in the oven and cook for another 5 minutes.
