Baked Crispy Salmon

I was going to let myself go today because of my birthday, but my Capricorn vein did not allow me to rest again :) Today is the recipe day, my inner voice saying, let's start anthem, tempted me.
Since it's my birthday, I wanted to share an elegantly presented recipe with salmon, one of my favorite fish (I really like very few varieties).
You can easily prepare this recipe in the oven. If you want, it is possible to prepare the same recipe in the pan in two stages.

Ingredients for Baked Crispy Salmon Recipe
- 200 salmon fillets of 2 gr (400 gr)
- salt
- black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
For the crunchy crumbs:
- ½ cup panco (bread crumbs)
- 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- salt
- black pepper
Fabrication:
- For crunchy crumbs, mix the bread crumbs, parmesan, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread this mixture on a baking tray and bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees until lightly browned.
- Take the cooked mixture from the oven, mix it with finely chopped parsley and set aside.
- Grease the baking tray and heat it to 180 degrees. Put the salmon slices flavored with salt, pepper and olive oil on a hot baking tray.
- Cook until the salmon is cooked to your desired consistency (approximately 15-20 minutes).
- Serve the hot salmon with the Parmesan crispy breadcrumbs.
