Crispy Spinach Triangle Pastry
Hello Dear Friends,
First of all, Happy Father's Day to my father and wife :) We had such a busy day that there was no time to share or celebrate. It looks like it will continue at the same pace today. While I had the opportunity, I thought I'd share a wonderful crispy burrito recipe, albeit early.
There is no egg or milk in the sauce. With water, starch, flour and oil, it becomes a legendary brioche recipe. Plus, it's perfect when you take it out of the freezer and bake it. So it's a complete savior recipe. If you want to try the potato version of this recipe made with only flour and oil. You can find it here.
