Baked Crispy Potato Salad

Based on the authority given to me by spring, I used lots of fresh potatoes and greens 😍🍃 I'm sure you'll love this delicious potato salad, which you can make countless varieties with spices and sauces according to your taste, as much as I do.

Ingredients for Baked Crispy Potato Salad Recipe
For crispy potatoes:
- 15-20 boiled mini fresh potatoes
- olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Red powdered pepper
For the sauce:
- 1,5 glasses of yoghurt
- 3-4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon of mustard
- Salt
For the salad:
- 1 cucumbers
- 2 stalks of scallion
- 2 stalks of fresh garlic
- 4-5 baby lettuce leaves
- dill
- fresh mint
Fabrication:
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until they are thick enough to sink a fork into, then put them on a baking tray and mash them with a glass.
- Season and spray with olive oil. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until the potatoes become crispy.
- While the potatoes are cooking, mix the yoghurt, mayonnaise and mustard. Chop the greens and add them and mix.
- Remove the crispy potatoes from the oven, add them to the salad and serve.
