Oven Creamy Chicken Legs
I seem to be a little better today, I even started to clean a little when I was idle. As always, I start to get depressed when I go to bed, and when I get depressed, I start to wonder what to do. I looked, it's not like it will happen, I thought I'd write to you :)
Sir, it's time for you to meet the creamy veggie chicken thighs I mentioned yesterday. It came about because I needed homemade chicken broth to make Risotto themselves.
Chickens were boiled, 2 liters of chicken broth was provided (what about the remaining thighs in the middle?) The creamy undercooked vegetables that we ate in a restaurant recently appeared before my eyes. Those who want to make chicken broth at home can read this post.

Ingredients for Oven Creamy Chicken Legs Recipe
- 2 boiled chicken thighs
- 100 ml. milk cream (half a pack)
- 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Cherry tomatoes (as much as you want)
- ½ cup of fresh or frozen peas
- 7-8 green beans
- Salt
- Black pepper
Fabrication:
- Take your boiled chicken legs into a small bore and add salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle your frozen peas on top. Sprinkle the thinly sliced beans into my debt in the same way.
- After adding the tomatoes, whisk the cream and olive oil and pour it all over the thighs and vegetables.
- Bake in the middle of the oven preheated to 180 degrees until the vegetables are soft.
- After the vegetables are cooked, take them to the upper shelf and open the grill of the oven. Serve hot after the chickens are browned.
