Creamy Chicken

Ingredients for Creamy Chicken Recipe
1 kg chicken meat
2 tablespoons of flour
1 bay leaves
black pepper
salt
For the sauce:
Onion
1 green onion
2 carrots
200 g mushrooms
1 tablespoons lemon juice
3 cloves of garlic
200 ml cream
black pepper
salt
Fabrication:
Chop the chicken into desired sizes and sauté in oil for 10 minutes. Take it out of the pan, coat it in 2 tablespoons of flour, add black pepper and salt and fry again.
Add the bay leaf and boil with 5 cups of chicken broth until it softens.
For the sauce, finely chop the garlic and onions and sauté them. Add finely chopped green onions, diced carrots, sliced mushrooms, lemon juice, black pepper and salt and let them cook.
After cooking for 10 minutes, add the cream, add 1 scoop of chicken broth and dilute the cream. After 3 minutes, turn off the heat. Since it goes well with boiled potatoes, I peeled the potatoes, added black pepper and salt, and boiled them.
Place the potatoes on a plate and pour the sauce over the drained chicken meat. Garnish with parsley. Enjoy your meal.
