Like a sun hidden behind gray clouds, there is something about chicken soup that makes you forget all your troubles. The taste of this recipe is similar to that instant cream of chicken soup from my childhood. I think I liked it even more because it reminded me of those days.

Ingredients for Creamy Chicken Vegetable Soup Recipe
- 2 small chicken thighs
- 6 water glass of water
- 1 small onion
- 1 small potatoes
- 1 small carrot
- 1 heaping tablespoons of flour
- Half a tea glass of barley noodles
- Salt
- Black pepper
Fabrication:
1. Chop the potatoes, carrots and onions or grind them in a hand food processor.
2. Heat the olive oil, fry the vegetables, add the flour and continue roasting.
3. Put the drumsticks and water in the pressure cooker. Pressure cook for 15 minutes.
4. Take the chickens and put the vegetables through the blender. Add the barley vermicelli.
5. While the soup is boiling on low heat, chop the chicken into small pieces and add to the soup.
6. Once the barley noodles are cooked, serve hot.
