Cream Chocola
Cream shockola is the sweet dream of both children and adults who remain children, so easy and so delicious. Anyone who wants to make a different presentation from the standard bowl and welcome approach can try this recipe with pleasure. Instead of using a bowl, you can use small glasses or colored water glasses that resemble a goblet.
Ingredients for Cream Chocola Recipe
- 1 liter milk
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa
- 3 tablespoons of starch
- 3 tablespoons of rice flour
- 1 packaged vanilla
- Half a slice of regular or cat tongue biscuit per glass
For the cream:
- 1 pack of cream
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
For decoration:
- chocolate chips
Fabrication:
- Sift all the dry ingredients except biscuits and put them in the pot, while adding the cold milk to the pot, whisk constantly with the help of a whisk. Turn on the bottom of the stove and stir, cook until the bubbles come out and condense and remove from the stove. Wait for it to cool and after adding a piece of biscuit to each of the serving bowls or glasses, pour the lukewarm chocolate chips up to half.
- Beat the cream well with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and add it to the shockolas in the bowl, wait for 1 hour in the refrigerator and serve by decorating with chocolate chips.
