Creamy Apple Muffin
Last night, Asu moms came to dinner. While I was preparing the meal, I noticed that there was nothing to serve with tea at home. I prepared these little cakes, which are very easy to prepare, while the food is cooking.
If you have some apples at home, it's a simple recipe that you can put in the oven in 10 minutes.

Materials:
- 2 medium sized apples
- Half a glass of oil
- 2-2,5 glasses of flour
- 3 medium eggs (at room temperature)
- 1 water glass milk
- 1 package baking powder
- 1 packaged vanilla
- 1 half teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
For the above:
- 1 pack of whipped cream
How to Make Creamy Apple Muffin Recipe?
- Beat eggs and sugar in a deep bowl until foamy.
- Add oil and milk and mix some more.
- Add the baking powder, vanilla and cinnamon to the flour and sift it into the mixing bowl.
- After adding the grated apples, divide the dough with a spoon on the muffin papers that we placed in the muffin cup and greased.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- After it cools down, garnish with whipped cream and serve.
