Cocoa Dark Chocolate Muffin

Release Date: 19-12-2007

It looked really great, I loved it :) As you know, there was chocolate at home because it was a holiday tomorrow and I can't eat dark chocolate (it feels bitter) so I started looking for alternatives to add it. And this is out. If it were up to me, I would use all the bitters, but no shame to the guests :)

Hello Mine, unfortunately.. If you only use paper, the dough will swell and fall apart and flow into the tray. If you have hard paper molds, you can use them.

How many muffins come out of this recipe?? Or let me ask you how many muffins I will have if I make it with mini muffin molds :)))) How much should the flour be?? When I am making muffins for the first time.. Is muffin dough a softer dough than cake batter??? I put 3 glasses of flour in the cake batter made with (with a normal glass). I guess 3-2 glasses of flour is enough for muffins, right?? I would be glad if you could answer me :)))

Ms. Nilay, I follow your recipes all the time, they are all very delicious. As Pınar also asked, is the coffee you used in the recipe Turkish coffee or Nescafe? Also, you said as much flour as possible, I would appreciate it if you could give me an exact measure according to this recipe. I would appreciate if you let me know how much flour I should add, since I don't know what the consistency should be. I want to try it soon.

    Love…

      Hello Ms. Derya,

You can use Nescafe or Turkish coffee or even 3 in 1 according to your taste. It's been a long time since the recipe. I think 2 cups will be enough. The cake batter should be dense and fluid.

I will prepare the recipe again soon and write the exact measurements of the recipe, love.
