Cinnamon Cookies

"When I saw such a participation, I wanted to send the recipe for cinnamon cookies, which is easy to make and tastes very good for me," said Yonca, and sent us this beautiful recipe.

Cookie

Materials:

3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
3 water glass flour
1 margarine (at room temperature)
cinnamon
optionally crushed hazelnuts or walnuts

Fabrication:

We knead by mixing powdered sugar, flour, walnut/hazelnut and margarine, break walnut-sized pieces from the dough we have prepared, roll them in our palms and arrange them on a greased tray. We cook in a preheated oven. I am at 180 degrees for 10 min. I cooked it in 30 minutes, including the pre-heating time. But not every oven is the same, so use your own cooking techniques :) When the cookies are baked, we leave them to cool in the oven, but let's say it will be a pith that will not cool completely. We mix the cinnamon and powdered sugar in a deep bowl and find the cookies in this mixture.

Doesn't this recipe include baking powder and vanillin? I will do it and I would appreciate it if you reply immediately.

If Ms. Yonca didn't write it in the recipe, it means it doesn't exist, Ms. Elif.

I like the recipe, because I love cinnamon too, it's even better when it's sweet.
