Ingredients for Chickpea Pan Recipe
- 4 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1 large + 1 small onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 capsicum peppers
- 2 pieces of green pepper
- 2 cup diced tomato
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- salt, black pepper, red pepper powder, cumin
Fabrication:
- Soak the chickpeas overnight in a pressure cooker for 1 minutes and drain.
- Chop the onion into thin slices, remove the seeds from the peppers, cut them in half lengthwise and chop them.
- Chop the garlic coarsely. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix.
- Crumple the wax paper, wet it and cover the baking dish.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 35-40 minutes and serve hot.
