Chickpea Winter Salad
Hello Dear Friends,
Since there are only a few days left to this new year, this week salad & appetizers I declare week. We are already making certain recipes for the main course, with a hot starter. Apart from the standard appetizers, I want this week to pass with simple recipes that I make up and love so much and then try many times.
Especially in winter, there are some ingredients that are at the peak of their taste and taste. I think the most delicious of these are carrots and purple cabbage. If chickpeas, one of the legumes that are best suited for winter, are included in this job, wow me :)
Come on, if you want color in it, it's a little curly, but for those who say that they need to be tied together with a little sauce, garlic yoghurt.

Ingredients for Chickpea Winter Salad Recipe
- 2 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1 carrot
- 2 leaves of purple cabbage
- 3-4 leaves of lettuce
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 3-4 tablespoons of yoghurt
- salt
- a little olive oil upon request
Fabrication:
- Wash the purple cabbage and lettuce leaves and remove the moisture with a towel. Chop as finely as possible, rub the purple cabbage with salt if desired.
- Grate the carrot and crush the garlic.
- Mix chickpeas, yogurt, crushed garlic, carrots, cabbage and lettuce in a deep bowl.
- If you did not rub the cabbage with salt, add some salt and mix again.
- Serve the salad, which you have rested for 1 hour, with a little olive oil, if desired.
