Attack Phase Recipes: Chicken Souffle

Release Date: 27-02-2012
4 5 5 1

A recipe from the Chicken Souffle Dukan Diet book, one of the recipes written for the attack phase. But it is not exactly like the recipe, that is, the names of the ingredients are given, but neither the amount of the ingredients nor the degree of cooking is given.

It was one of the first recipes that caught my attention when it had soufflé in its name. I decided to apply it on the first day of the attack phase.

Maybe it is all made and eaten in a bowl, but I shared it in my own souffle cups. There were 3 cups of chicken soufflé, of course, I could only eat 1 cup of it.

attack phase

You can also add some fat-free feta cheese if you want.

Love…

Attack Phase Recipes: Ingredients for Chicken Souffle Recipe

  • 1 chicken breast half
  • 1 cup of skim milk
  • 2 pieces of eggs
  • Salt, pepper
  • optional parsley or fresh mint

Fabrication:

  1. Finely dice the chicken breast. Separate the whites and yolks of the eggs.
  2. Take the egg yolks in a small saucepan, add milk, whisk and heat. (it's enough to come to a temperature that will not burn fingers)
  3. Remove the milk from the stove and add the egg whites along with the chickens you cut. Add salt, pepper and parsley and mix.
  4. Transfer the mixture into soufflé cups and bake for 150 hour in a preheated oven at 1 degrees.

    Hello;

I just passed the attack phase of my diet. But I couldn't figure it out somehow. I make an omelet in the morning and put a scoop of oat bran in it. Do you think I cross my limits if I use oat bran in a meal or dessert in the evening? Because you have 1.5 tablespoons of oat bran in attack and 2 tablespoons of oat bran in cruise?

hello, today was the first day of my dukan diet and I made this recipe for dinner and I loved the taste, the interesting thing is that my husband also enjoyed this recipe :D I didn't put it in a souffle bowl, I made it in glass ovenware, so even though my portion was smaller than a souffle bowl, it was satisfying, thanks again for the recipe...

Hello Tuana.. first of all, you can't lose it very easily because you follow too many regimens.. Therefore, you need to be patient and follow this diet completely, knowing that you will lose all the weight, albeit little by little, in the end. Because this diet does not make any mistakes.. If you do it without knowing it, you cannot lose it, if you cannot give it, you will stress.
And you don't have to eat less, you can eat unlimitedly.. In fact, it is strictly forbidden to go hungry.. Good luck..

Hello friends, I also started the dukan diet today, the attack phase is my 1st day. In the morning, I ate a pancake made with oat bran and ate light yogurt between meals. I ate two eggs and a slice of cheese for lunch and grilled chicken for dinner, but I'm still hungry...what am I going to do?

Ms. Tuğba, don't force yourself to eat less.. Everything on the list is unlimited.. There are two things that are forbidden: staying hungry and going off the list.. By starving yourself, you just stay away from the regime, don't do this..

Hello, Hülya, all of these questions are written in the book. First of all, I recommend you to buy the book because the method I apply to myself may not be the same as yours. So I'm not the source book.

As for their other questions, no sugar and diet liquids are unlimited. I think that there will definitely be sagging in the weight you lose. Walking is mandatory every day.

      Love…

Hello Özlem, you can make sweets for yourself by using only permitted foods without using starch, but I think it's better not to make it while attacking, the term is short anyway. If you are not comfortable with aspartame, there are natural sweeteners, such as stevia or splenda.

Another suggestion for you is that you should consume cinnamon, cinnamon milk, etc. It can cut your need for sweets.
