Ingredients for Cherry Brownie Recipe
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup of butter
- 160 g dark or milk chocolate (two 80 g packs)
- 1 water glass flour
- 2 soup spoons of cocoa
- cherry
Fabrication:
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter that you cut into small pieces, mix well and leave to cool. While the chocolate is warming, remove the seeds from the cherries.
- Crack the eggs into a deep bowl and add sugar to it and whisk. Be careful not to let the egg rise while beating.
- When the eggs and sugar are well mixed, sift the sifted flour and cocoa into it.
- Add the chocolate and butter mixture to the dough and mix.
- When the dough is mixed with the chocolate, line a small square baking dish or a baking sheet with greaseproof paper and pour the brownie mixture.
- Arrange the sliced cherries on top.
- Pour the dough mixture into the mold and bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
- Slice your brownie out of the oven when it comes to room temperature and serve.
