Chard Borani – Chard Salad with Yogurt

This week, we started going to the street market. We went a little late after the evening work was done. Of course, everyone was starting to gather. Actually, I had no idea, but I could not resist the insistence of the marketer and bought the last 2 bunches of biceps. I'm glad I bought it, this delicious salad came out.
Another very popular version of this recipe is Carrot Spinach Salad with Strained Yogurt . If you want, you can try it like in this recipe. Since I don't have strained yogurt on hand, I used regular yogurt. If you make it with strained yogurt, it will be much thicker.

Chard Borani – Ingredients for Chard Salad with Yogurt
- 1 medium onion
- 2 bunches of washed chopped chard
- 1 medium carrot
- half a teaspoon of olive oil
- salt
- 1 cup of yogurt (heaped)
- 2 cloves of garlic
For Sevi:
- walnut
- Red pepper
- 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
Fabrication:
- Chop the onion. Grate the peeled carrot.
- Put the olive oil and onion in the pan and sauté on medium heat until transparent. Add the carrot grater and continue frying.
- Add the chard and salt, sauté until the chard is gone and turn off the stove.
- In a deep bowl, mix yogurt, crushed garlic and salt.
- Add the chard mixture into it and mix it and transfer it to the serving plate.
- Heat the walnuts and olive oil in a small saucepan. Add the chili pepper and take it off the stove without burning it.
- Pour the chard over the borani and serve.
It is a great recipe, I will try it as soon as possible.
