Cauliflower Steak
Cauliflower Steak is an extremely light and practical flavor that you will love 😍 It's enough to flavor the medium-sized cauliflower according to your taste and bake 💕 Since they are slices, they cook quickly without the need for boiling. 2 slices per person is also sufficient.

Materials:
- 2 slices of cauliflower
- 1 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Ground red pepper
- Black pepper
- Salt
For Bulgur Salad:
- 1 glass of fine bulgur
- 2 cups of boiling water
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 cup of boiled chickpeas
- pomegranate seeds
- balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
Fabrication:
- Wash the cauliflower, slice it and place it in the tin bowl. For the sauce, mix the ground pepper, salt, pepper and olive oil and rub it on the cauliflower.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees.
- While the cauliflower is cooking, put the bulgur in a deep bowl, add boiling water and let it rest for 10 minutes to swell.
- Chop the cucumber, add to the bulging bulgur along with the pomegranate seeds and chickpeas.
- Season with olive oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar and place on a serving plate.
- Top with the cauliflower that comes out of the oven and serve.
