Cauliflower Meal with Minced Meat
Hello Dear Friends,
This week, we have a recipe that most of us have known since childhood, which is often cooked at home. If you ask how many times you have cooked since you got married (for 7 years), my answer will be for the first time. My late grandmother used to cook a version of this recipe with minced meat with olive oil at the time (in those days there were only winter vegetables in winter, and winters were like winter). No matter how much he fed us in his time, I didn't feel his absence much anymore :)
This week, I tried to cook pot dishes as much as I could in my spare time from work. Since we were two people, we had dinner a day later. It goes very well with a quick made pasta or rice on the side.
No, if you say you don't want to cook like this your soup, fries, pan, your mix You can also try.
Love…
Ingredients for Cauliflower Meal Recipe
- 1 small cauliflower (about 500 g)
- 150 gr mince
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 1 medium carrot
- 3 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste (pepper & tomato mixed)
- salt, black pepper (optional red pepper flakes)
- 2,5-3 glasses of water
Fabrication:
- Wash the cauliflower. Remove the root part with the help of a knife and separate it into flowers.
- Wash again and let it drain. Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces. Peel the carrot and slice into rounds.
- Take the olive oil in the pan. Add the onion and garlic and fry until lightly browned.
- Add the minced meat and fry until it releases its juice, add the tomato paste and fry for 1 more minute.
- Add the chopped carrot and cauliflower to the pot. Add water and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low heat until the cauliflower is soft.
- Serve hot.
It's like this recipe has left a mark on my palate before.. If it's given a magnificent triple honor (salca, onion, garlic) is it possible that it wouldn't be good? Let's try it today :)
